Northwest Surgery Center - 2024
Heywood Development partnered with a local commercial real estate group and physicians to deliver a new ambulatory surgery center in Post Falls, Idaho, operated by Northwest Specialty Hospital. Acting as owner’s representative, our team provided comprehensive support from project inception through completion.
Our services included assisting in engaging the architectural team and contractor, and managing the design and construction phases to ensure alignment with clinical needs, schedule, and budget. Through proactive coordination and detailed oversight, we helped create a state-of-the-art facility that expands Northwest Specialty Hospital’s surgical capabilities and strengthens its presence in the growing Post Falls healthcare market.
