Northwest Spine Center - 2025
Heywood Development is serving as owner’s representative for the development of a new 20,000-sf medical office building in Post Falls, Idaho, designed to house a specialized spine practice affiliated with Northwest Specialty Hospital.
Our team has been engaged from project inception, guiding planning, design, and construction activities to ensure the facility supports the needs of the hospital and building ownership group.
The new Spine Center will provide a modern, functional space that enhances access to specialized care and supports the hospital’s mission of clinical excellence.
