Rexburg Medical Office Building Expansion - 2025

Heywood Development served as owner’s representative for the 10,000-sf expansion of an existing medical office building in Rexburg to support growing clinical services. From project initiation through completion, our team worked closely with the building owner, design professionals, and clinical staff to ensure the expansion met operational goals while maintaining uninterrupted patient care.

Because the clinic remained active throughout construction, detailed phasing and coordination with end users were critical. Heywood Development facilitated regular planning sessions with medical and administrative teams to sequence work effectively, mitigate noise and access impacts, and preserve a safe and functional environment for patients and staff.

Despite a harsh winter and regional labor challenges, the project was completed on schedule and within budget. The finished expansion provides additional exam rooms, treatment areas, and support spaces designed to enhance patient experience and accommodate continued growth in the region’s healthcare services.
