Athol Medical Office Building – 2023
Heywood Development served as owner’s representative for an 8,000-sf medical office building in Athol, Idaho, developed to expand Northwest Specialty Hospital’s reach in urgent care and primary care services. Our role included assisting the ownership group in securing project financing and providing comprehensive project management services. Significant fabrication delays of the mechanical system required the design-build team to work together to utilize a temporary mechanical unit to complete the project within the original timeline, allowing the hospital to open on schedule.
