Promontory Point Expansion – 2025
Heywood Development served as owner’s representative for the remodel and 20-bed expansion of an existing Promontory skilled nursing facility in Ammon, Idaho. The project modernized resident rooms, common areas, and support spaces to enhance functionality and comfort while maintaining full operational continuity during construction. Working closely with facility leadership, staff, and contractors, our team developed detailed phasing and coordination plans to minimize disruption to residents and care operations. The remodel extends the building’s useful life and reinforces Promontory Health’s commitment to delivering exceptional post-acute and rehabilitative care within a modern, patient-focused environment.
