Heywood Development served as owner’s representative on behalf of Promontory Health for the development of the Old Mill Rehabilitation Center, a 44-bed skilled nursing facility focused on short-term transitional care located in Omaha, Nebraska. Our team oversaw both construction and business development efforts, coordinating closely with Promontory Health leadership and the design-build team to ensure the project aligned with design and operational goals, regulatory requirements, and patient care standards.
The completed facility provides a modern environment designed to support recovery and rehabilitation, enhancing access to post-acute services in the Omaha community.
