About the project

Heywood Development partnered with Advanced Health Care and Millstream Properties, LLC to help finance and develop several industry-leading transitional care and skilled-nursing facilities in Glendale (54 bed), Mesa (38 bed), and Scottsdale (38 bed) AZ, Aurora (54 bed) and Colorado Springs (30 bed) CO, and St. George (52 bed) and 2 facilities in Murray (38 and 38 bed), UT, for a total of 8 facilities.

From inception to completion, the Heywood Development team helped direct the projects including site selection, programming, budgeting, ownership approval, bidding, final general contractor selection, and oversight over the design and construction phases of the projects.  In addition, Heywood Development secured the entitlement and final building approvals for all local, state, and federal healthcare building AHJ’s (authorities having jurisdiction) including final Medicare certification of the buildings.
